Puffed fish feed pellet machine is a specialized equipment for aquatic feed that is formed by high-temperature and high-pressure extrusion.

Dual effects of puffing and ripening: 

The material undergoes instantaneous expansion at high temperatures of 110-200 ℃ and high pressures of 25-100kg/cm ², forming a porous structure that allows particles with a density of<1g/cm ³ to float.

Simultaneously completing starch gelatinization (gelatinization degree of 98%) and protein denaturation, improving digestion rate by more than 20%. 

Floating performance: 

The produced particles can remain suspended in water for more than 12 hours, reducing sedimentation waste and lowering water pollution. 

Sterilization and Efficiency Enhancement: 

High temperature inactivates pathogenic microorganisms and anti nutritional factors, enhancing feed safety.
