Fully automatic screw oil press machine

The fully automatic spiral oil press is an efficient edible oil processing equipment that uses a hydraulic or motor-driven spiral shaft to rotate and push materials inside the press chamber. It utilizes progressive pressing force and frictional heat to destroy the structure of oil cells, achieve oil separation and cake residue discharge, and is suitable for on-site processing of more than 30 oil crops such as peanuts, soybeans, and rapeseed.

Its core working principle is based on three-level or four level pressing technology: the diameter of the pressing screw gradually increases, the pitch is shortened, and combined with the reduction of the inner diameter of the pressing chamber, a gradually increasing pressure gradient is formed. Through material extrusion and friction heat generation (temperature can reach 110 ℃ or above), the colloidal structure of the oil is destroyed, promoting the oil to flow out from the gaps of the pressing strip, and the residue is pressed into cakes and discharged.

The core structure of the equipment includes a high carbon steel or chrome 40 material extrusion strip (resistant to high temperature and high pressure, significantly extending its service life), an automatic temperature control system (adjusting the hot or cold extrusion mode), and a vacuum oil filtration device (separating oil impurities to ensure purity).

Working modes include hot pressing and cold pressing: hot pressing requires preheating the chamber to above 110 ℃, suitable for high oil crops such as rapeseed and sesame; Cold pressing directly preserves the natural flavor of raw materials such as walnuts and flaxseed.
