Small scale flat die feed pellet machine

Flat die feed pellet machine is a mechanical equipment used to extrude powdered feed raw materials into granules, mainly suitable for small breeding farms or feed processing plants.

Granulation process

The material is fed into the rotating flat mold by gravity, and the pressure roller rubs and squeezes against the template, causing the powder to gelatinize and solidify at a high temperature of 50-90 ℃. After being extruded from the mold hole, it is segmented by the cutting blade to form particles. The entire process is dry in and dry out, without the need for additional water or drying (the moisture content of the raw materials should be ≥ 13%)

The surface of the particles is smooth and the hardness is moderate. High temperature processes can kill microorganisms and parasites, and extend the shelf life of feed (≥ six months).

Can handle high-fat, high sugar honey raw materials, as well as coarse fiber materials such as straw and sawdust.

Suitable for the production of various granules such as concentrated feed, organic-inorganic fertilizers, and bio organic fertilizers

Applicable scenarios

Feed processing: suitable for granulation of poultry and livestock (chickens, pigs, cows, etc.) and aquatic (fish, shrimp) feed.

Organic fertilizer production: Processing organic waste such as sawdust, rice husks, and household waste before granulation.
