Bundle Reception Station:

The palm oil processing plant starts harvesting palm fruit clusters and sends them to the palm oil plant for processing. During the harvesting process, fruits should be handled carefully to prevent scratches, as scratches can reduce the quality of the extracted oil.

Sterilization station:

The sterilization process follows the process of using a large amount of heat to cook fruits. In this palm oil processing plant, enzymatic reactions are also stopped, preventing hydrolysis and auto oxidation, and the outer skin (outer skin) of the fruit is weakened, making it easier to extract oil from the fruit. This process can be completed by baking/smoking after the threshing process or by steaming/boiling before the threshing process.

Threshing station:

Then thresh the fruit clusters and separate the small fruits from them in a drum. It can be done manually or mechanically using palm oil processing machinery - threshers/threshers. The loose fruits are then transported to another palm oil processing machine - the steamer, where empty fruit clusters are separated and returned to the plantation or used as fuel in a boiler.

Digestive station:

Then digest the fruit in the digestive system. This process involves crushing the fruit and heating the flesh before the oil extraction is complete. Heating is crucial for maximizing oil extraction.

Adopting a twin-screw palm fruit oil press:

Then the oil is clarified, and impurities are screened during this process to remove large fibrous solids and dirt from the crude oil. Then add water to the crude oil to improve the separation process. After sieving, crude oil is obtained, but it still contains fine solids and water. Remove water by introducing steam into the coil (increasing the temperature inside the coil). The fine solids in the oil are ultimately removed during precipitation, thereby separating the oil from the sludge. About 163 kilograms of oil can be obtained for each ton of palm fruit processed.

Ren recycling station: The pressed cake (fiber&nuts) is transported to the fiber separation system for fiber&nut separation, and the separated nuts are temporarily stored in the nut warehouse.

Palm kernels and nuts are crushed by a corrugated mill to obtain a mixture of palm kernels and shells.
