1、 Working principle

Hydraulic system drive

The motor drives the hydraulic oil pump, which presses the hydraulic oil into the oil cylinder through the high-pressure pipe, pushing the piston up to apply static pressure (up to 500 tons) to the oil, and the oil is discharged through the oil gap of the press

Workflow

Loading: Load the pre treated (crushed/steamed) oilseeds into the press box

Pressurization: Start the motor, the hydraulic system generates pressure to squeeze the oil

Pressure relief: release the pressure through the pressure relief rod and take out the Youbing (Deep-fried round and flat dough-cake)
